To use our Services, you must be:

4. Client Responsibilities

Pay all fees and charges associated with the selected services;

5. Disclaimer of Guarantee

While we strive for success in every application, Spark Education & Visa Services does not guarantee the approval of any visa or admission request. Final decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs, educational institutions, or other relevant authorities.

6. Fees and Refunds

All service fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of any work. Fees are non-refundable once the application process has started or services have been rendered, unless otherwise required by law.

Please note that application fees paid to government bodies, educational institutions, or third parties are separate from our consultancy charges and are subject to their refund policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software—is the property of Spark Education & Visa Services or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
